1. Shipping And Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers.
- Domestic Orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days.
- For International Orders – All International orders are processed within 1-2 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 7-15 business days. We are shipping to all regions except EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Singapore, Japan, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel & China.
CUSTOM CHARGES AND HANDLING RATES IF APPLICABLE, WILL BE SHARED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BY THE LOGISTICS SERVICE PROVIDER. PLEASE FIND BELOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO CUSTOM AND HANDLING CHARGES –
- Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
- Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on the respective government portals.
- These charges will have to be borne by the customer. AEROBITS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED/ tapTM – take a pause is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
- The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.
- If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
- ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, AEROBITS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED/ tapTM – take a pause takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
2. Shipping Charges
- For Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping at or above Rs.399. and for COD charges of Rs. 50 are applicable on shopping order Rs. 399 or above.
- For International Orders: We offer free international shipping for all orders of value 120 USD and above. For orders of less than 120 USD, there is a flat shipping charge of 25 USD.
3. Returns And Refunds
At AEROBITS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED/ tapTM – take a pause, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
AEROBITS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED/ tapTM – take a pause is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
Exchange of products will be accepted subject to this policy, only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms: –
- Returns and Exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by AEROBITS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED/ tapTM – take a pause.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
- Video Recording of Delivered Product.
For every delivery of the Parcel/Product, the Buyer shall ensure a video recording is made to document the condition of the shipment, including a 360-degree view of the sealed box or package capturing all sides. The video must also record the process of breaking the seals, opening the package, and displaying the contents to verify the quantity, quality, and condition of the Goods as per the order.
